If a loved one you know is:
- a young adult with special needs or
- an adult (possibly due to dementia, alzeheimers, or other illness)
to a degree that causes such person incapable of taking care of themselves or managing their affairs, you may need a legal guardianship over them in order to make legal decisions on their behalf or manage their financial affairs. Please keep in mind that the law requires the least restrictive alternative, which I can help you to assess and obtain. Please click here to find out more information or contact me.
